Brow direction provides information about permanent makeup services, including but not limited to microblading, powder ombre, lip blush and other related beauty care services.

Appointment Booking:

All appointments are subject to availability. By booking an appointment through our website, you agree to our appointment policies, including cancellation and rescheduling conditions. To process booking we require $30 deposit to secure a spot. The deposit will be deducted from the sum of service fee. Cancellation or reschedule have to be notify 48 hrs prior to your scheduled service time. Without notice or no show will result no refund. Let's respect both of our time.

Health and Safety:

Our PMU procedures adhere to the highest health and safety standards. Clients with certain health conditions or concerns may be required to provide medical clearance before undergoing PMU services.

Pricing and Payments:

Prices for our services are outlined on the website. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment is due at the time of service, and we accept cash, credit card or Venmo.

Consultations and Informed Consent:

Prior to any PMU procedure, clients are required to undergo a consultation. During the consultation, we will discuss the procedure, potential risks, and obtain informed consent.

Refund Policy:

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact us within 1 week from the service day for further assistance.

Intellectual Property:

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the intellectual property of Brow Direction. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

Governing Law:
